Lemon Burst Cookies
1 lemon cake mix (I used betty crocker)
1 egg
1 tub of regular cool whip
Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Put powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Beat lemon cake mix, egg, and cool whip together in medium bowl. Batter will be sticky. Drop 1 tsp of batter into bowl containing powdered sugar. Coat the dough in the powdered sugar and then roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet evenly spaced. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
I baked them for 10 minutes, they were super fluffy that way!
